Osteopathic Manual Therapy
MOST Osteopathic Manual Therapy involves assessing the entire individual based on the complaints presented. Treatment is centred on the realization that the body functions as whole and that pain or dysfunction in one area may be related to dysfunction in other areas of the body. As such, the body is evaluated in its entirety and treatment is administered not only to the symptomatic area but also to any part of the body that may be contributing to the symptoms. MOST's Movement First Philosophy is also incorporated into treatments. Movement patterning, strength imbalances and/or motor control issues are identified and corrected through appropriate exercise intervention. MOST Osteopathic Manual Therapy is covered under the Osteopathic section of extended health care plans.

Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are best known for their ability to think fast on their feet when attending to an on-field emergency care of athletes of all levels. They are the first to respond when someone gets hurt, which makes them experts at assessing and rehabbing any injury. It’s that combination of on-site care and active rehabilitation skills that makes Athletic Therapy an effective solution for treating musculoskeletal (muscles, bones, and joints) injuries, whether on the field or in the clinic. Although they are sen more working with athletes, here at MOST they have ability to treat a wide range of patients, from kids to seniors and athletes to the general population. Athletic Therapists use various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping to treat a variety of injuries. The goal of the Athletic Therapist's here at MOST is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.
