David comes from a high-level athletic background. David was a 4-year starter and 3-year Defensive Captain with one of the nation’s top varsity football teams, the University of Calgary Dinos. He moved from a personal focus on football performance to a helping others achieve their performance goals and has been a manual therapist and performance coach for over 20 years.
David has treated a wide variety of conditions including Back pain, motor vehicle accident injuries, neck and shoulder dysfunction, sports-related sprains and strains as well as chronic conditions; his clinical work. At MOST she is the head coach, Programmer and in-house corrective exercise specialist. Jenn Swagar is available to COACH her athletes in any area of life that they require. Coaching is an art, where education, experience and application all play equal part in the overall message and success.

Taylor Wright is a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist, having completed training through Mount Royal University and the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. She integrates her background in strength and conditioning, CrossFit, and competitive swimming to deliver movement-based, goal-oriented treatments for clients of all ages and activity levels. As a long time Mostie, Taylor is excited to be able to bring her new skills and contribute to the MOST family in a new way.
With 14 seasons of coaching experience and NCCP Level 2 training in swimming, alongside years of coaching functional fitness and strength development, Taylor brings a deep understanding of human movement and performance to her massage practice. She also holds a background in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies from the University of Calgary, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals across a wide range of abilities and needs.
Her treatment style combines orthopedic assessment, functional movement principles, and individualized treatment planning to address pain, prevent injury, and promote long-term body health. She believes that movement is medicine and is passionate about helping people maintain proper mechanics, prevent injury, and build strength to keep doing what they love for as long as possible.
